| About Us:
"Havanese 4 Sale" is a selective, AKC champion bloodline Havanese breeding facility. We're based within our own home, which is on a 7 acre plot, located on the mountain in a rural town called Sale Creek, about 20 minutes north of Chattanooga, TN. We breed for just one litter per year, per dam, for the sake of their own sanity (as well as ours!) and more importantly, well-being. All of our puppies are frequently socialized (including bathing and grooming,) within our family beginning on Day 1. We have a 4-year old daughter who absolutely loves playing with them daily. There is currently a waiting list.

| We are a small hobby breeding family that only breeds Havanese. We strive to place happy, healthy havanese babies into committed loving families. Our babies are very dear to our heart. They live in our home and sleep in our beds. They are well socialized with friends and family members, including children and other animals. Our goal is to produce quality puppies that meet the AKC standards and guidelines, not quantity. We are currently working on getting Maverick certified as a good citizen dog, to continue being a therapy dog. All dogs owned are yearly CERF'ed (eye examination), have been BAER(Hearing test), DNA profiled, had thyroid and bloodwork panel tested, and when old enough, OFA hip/elbow/Patella checked. Our dogs are yearly Vet checked which includes current vaccinations, hips, elbows, and patella checks.
