| We are located in Northern Vermont, at the foot of the Green Mountains. All our puppies are born and raised in our home to insure they are use to the everyday noise and movements when they get to their new homes. They start to mingle and play in our 5 acre yard with our dogs at about 5-6 weeks old to insure they are well socialized with other animals before they go to their new homes. All our puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). They also are vet checked, have first shots and de-worming prior to going to their new homes. We also offer a health guarantee with each puppy. We have all parents on the premises. We offer a delivery service, but prefer to meet you halfway, for a small additional fee. |

| I am a small breeder of smooth and wire STANDARD size dachshunds.They are all AKC registered. We live on a farm in rural Vermont. We do not have a kennel. All dogs live in our cabin.I breed only a litter or two a year. I breed mainly for temperament and nice confirmation. All puppies are raised in our cabin with other dogs, cats and an occasional lamb or baby goat. They are given an all natural diet which includes organic goats milk.They are handled and played with daily.It is my opinion that puppies that are not raised in a kennel transition into their new homes much easier.
